As a Dealership Customer Host at Mercedes-Benz of Dartford, you will be the face of our dealership, creating a welcoming and professional experience for our customers. Your role involves engaging with customers, managing appointments, and supporting the sales and service teams to ensure a seamless dealership experience.,

• Able to reliably work Friday - 10am-7pm, Saturday - 10am-5pm, Sunday - 10am-4pm


• Greet customers with a warm and professional approach, embodying the Mercedes-Benz brand.


• Guide customer to the relevant department for their visit.


• Assist customers with any queries.


• Facilitate communication between customers and the sales/service teams.


• Maintain a clean and organised customer reception and refreshment area.


• Ensure customer records and interactions are logged accurately in the CRM system.


• Work collaboratively with team members to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
