As a Dealership Development Support Specialist, you will be at the heart of our mission to achieve an optimum dealer network for Renault Trucks in the UK and Ireland. Your role will be pivotal in monitoring dealer performance, driving improvement plans, and ensuring compliance with our high standards. From managing the Qualitative Requirements (QR) assessment program to overseeing our signage and dealer workwear initiatives, your efforts will be crucial in maximizing customer satisfaction and dealer profitability., In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Network Development and collaborate closely with a wide range of stakeholders, including independent dealers, customers, external suppliers, and various internal departments such as Aftermarket, Sales and Marketing. Your teammates share your enthusiasm and commitment to excellence, and together, you will work towards achieving our collective goals.,

  • Initiate and coordinate Dealer Qualitative Requirements reviews and compliance programs.

  • Define and communicate annual market assessment plans.

  • Guide assessor teams through assessment processes and provide ongoing support.

  • Ensure dealers develop and implement corrective action plans, and follow up to ensure completion.

  • Act as a coach to dealer management teams, promoting compliance with QR standards.

  • Manage the Dealer Signage program, from site surveys to quality sign-off.

  • Support the maintenance of the Dealer Database and contribute to strategic retail planning.

  • Provide data analysis for investment and divestment initiatives.

  • Offer administrative support for network reporting and maintain dealer contracts.

You thrive in dynamic environments, possess excellent communication skills, and have a knack for project management. You bring a positive attitude, work independently, and have the ability to see and implement long-term strategic plans. Your analytical and numerical skills are top-notch, allowing you to manage through systems effectively.
