Full Job Description

This level 1 role is purely office based administration and does NOT involve contacting debtors by phone. This role involves the administration of case records for debt cases to provide the collectors with the best opportunity to collect debt.,

  • - to use investigative skills for tasks such as reviewing unallocated transactions and to make decisions regarding the next step such as allocate, offer refund or refer for write-off.
  • - Using various IT systems and the internet, to trace new addresses for debtors.
  • It is anticipated that interviews will be held 20th to 25th January 2025 and will be conducted online. A 20min MS Excel test to be completed after interview.   • - attention to detail to ensure customer information is complete, up to date and accurate across multiple IT systems
  • - having the ability to work to daily workload targets independently with minimal supervision
