Full Job Description

We are looking for a reliable, flexible, enthusiastic person to join our team of Technicians in Sterile Services.

The Sterile Services Department provides an essential service within the hospital by disinfecting, sterilising and maintaining surgical instrumentation for operating theatres, wards, community hospitals, clinics and GP practices in the region.

Full time 37.5 hrs per week - Full time, As a Decontamination Technician, you will be responsible for a wide variety of equipment- from simple instruments, like scissors, to very complex equipment- such as flexible endoscopes.

No formal qualifications are needed but you will be someone who enjoys hands-on work: standing and performing manual handling.
