Construction Labour Supply are an agency that supplies operatives, supervisors and managers to construction companies and projects across the country.

We are currently requiring Decorators in the Great Baddow, Chelmsford, Essex area.

You will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paints and finishes, and delivering exceptional results that meet our clients' specifications.,

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and priming.


• Mix and match paints and finishes to achieve desired colours and effects.


• Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.


• Repair and touch up surfaces as needed.


• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.


• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.
  
  Strong knowledge of painting and decorating techniques and tools.


• CSCS card.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
