Job role YMCA Trinity Group, Queen Anne House, are seeking a dedicated Learning and Development Facilitator to lead the delivery of AQA award units tailored for individuals aged 16-25, focusing on specific areas identified through comprehensive risk and needs assessments.
The role involves collaboration with the team to align sessions with current trends and needs while maintaining meticulous records for monitoring, quality assurance, and providing evidence to Ofsted.
Please apply if you have the following qualities:
+ Facilitate the delivery of AQA award units to individuals aged 16-25, addressing identified areas of need from risk and needs assessments.
+ Collaborate with the team to identify and address current trends and needs, integrating them into AQA sessions effectively.
+ Maintain comprehensive records and reports, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for monitoring and quality assurance purposes.
+ Provide evidence and documentation to support AQA compliance for review by Ofsted.
+ Lead one to one and group sessions
+ Lead on the delivery of the resident forum on a monthly basis
+ Lead on the delivery of recreational sessions for residents, including the monthly schedule planner to show what events are taking place

In accordance with safer recruitment processes many of the roles we recruit for require successful candidates to undertake an appropriate criminal record background check. Days and hours 40 hours per week, as part of a rota. Flexibility is required to cover as part of on call process. This may include evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays.

Our Accommodation site in Cambridge has 80 bedsit style rooms, providing a home for 16-25-year-olds. We have a fantastic team of accommodation workers, providing ongoing support and encouragement to the young people living at Queen Anne House. Our aim is to ensure confidence is built and life skills are achieved, enabling a young person to achieve a positive move on when the time comes.
