Come and join the DBS community today!, As a Product Manager in Defence Business Services FPCP Change Management Team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our MyHR system (Oracle HCM). You'll be responsible for supporting the development of a comprehensive road-map that transforms your assigned module, ensuring it aligns with our evolving business needs., + Oracle Release Management: Oversee the implementation of mandatory changes from Oracle's Quarterly Release Cycle, ensuring seamless integration and compliance.
+ Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing: Partner with Product Managers to champion collaboration, share best practices, and identify opportunities for cross-functional development.
+ Change Request Management: Efficiently manage a portfolio of business-as-usual change requests, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
+ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Change and Modernisation Team and Operational Teams to deliver impactful change initiatives across the organisation.
+ Strategic Road-map: Support the alignment of the strategic road-map for your module, driving innovation and continuous improvement.
+ Customer Feedback Analysis: Actively gather and analyse customer feedback to identify areas for improvement, driving enhancements through the change request process.
