Delegated Authority Analyst

Monitor and complete tasks in Lloyd's delegated systems, including Atlas, Delegated Contract and Oversight Manager (DCOM) and Delegated Audit Manager (DAM). Prepare management information for the business as necessary, including reporting for the Delegated Underwriting and Claims Committee (DUCC) such as portfolio stats, Coverholder due diligence items and issues identified. Assist with the creation and monitoring of the Coverholder audit plan, reviewing audit reports and tracking actions through to completion. Work with the Central Operations team to ensure delegated data is received and entered on a timely basis. Maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Provide advice to underwriters in relation to delegated underwriting. Act as a referral point for the Delegated Authority Administrators. Assist with the operation of the facility EPI and credit control process. Assist with projects relating to delegated authority business as required. Attend market

forums and conferences as necessary and keep up to date with developments in the DA sphere. Qualifications & Capabilitites Knowledge of general insurance and its underlying principles Logical, analytical and resourceful with good attention to detail Identifying and implementing process improvements Ability to prioritise and organise workload and follow through on tasks/projects Team player with the ability to work independently Good communication skills Ability to develop and sustain relationships with internal and external customers Strong IT skills including MS Office (Excel in particular) and knowledge of underwriting systems (Subscribe), document repository and workflow systems (ImageRight) Knowledge of Lloyd's delegated systems (Atlas, Crystal, DCOM, DAM) preferable Experience Must have experience in delegated authority business Experience of working in an office environment, often under some pressure About Us | Culture & Employee Insights | Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
