Full Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity to join us as a Delivery Assistant on a permanent, full time (37 hours per week) basis. The role will be hybrid, working both at home and from our Openshaw Campus.

MOL are a brand within Total People Ltd and are an established national professional education provider. We currently specialise in providing professional qualifications for a range of products including Human Resources, Learning and Development, Management and Leadership, Project Management, Property Agency, Conveyancing and Digital Learning Design. MOL offer high quality blended learning programmes developed and delivered by specialists in the field.

The purpose of this role is to Provide accurate, efficient and timely administration including customer advice, learner records, raising sales and purchase orders and credit control processes and liaising with clients/customers to resolve issues. Work with the finance team and MOL to ensure all processes are compliant with Financial Regulations and MOL policies. To prepare reports for MOL to enable tracking of learners and confirmation of completion of processes such as payments and learner submissions.

In order to be successful in your application you will need to meet the following essential criteria:

  • Educated to level 2/3 or above or experience in a similar role.

  • Level 2 Maths & English or willing to work towards.

  • Experience of working in a customer facing role.

  • Experience of working in a busy office environment
