Full Job Description

We’re recruiting for a Delivery Operations Coordinator here at Justice Digital, to be part of our warm and collaborative Probation and Data Science team.
Probation Digital is delivering simpler, clearer, faster digital services to help frontline staff and people on probation, and we’re looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills to join our Delivery Operations team.
You will support and enable the delivery of 10 multi-disciplinary agile teams by contributing to the coordination of various activities such as governance, reporting, people planning, procurement and more.

+ Documenting existing processes to make it easier for others to deliver their work
+ Coordinating interested parties to draft, test and iterate solutions to meet needs
+ Determining and implementing appropriate and lightweight processes, only where process will help our efficiency and effectiveness
+ Capturing notes and actions from meetings, and ensuring actions are tracked and completed
+ Representing Probation Digital and Data Science at meetings and boards
+ Taking a proactive and pragmatic approach to tackling problems and overcoming obstacles
+ Carrying out discrete pieces of work such as coordinating governance, reporting, people planning, and procurement activity
+ Motivating and managing others to achieve objectives and secure good outcomes
+ Adapting to variations in work, priorities or environment, being flexible and versatile and acting as an advocate for change.

A diverse panel will review your application against the Person Specification above.
Successful candidates who meet the required standard will then be invited to a 1-hour panel interview held via video conference.
Should we receive a high volume of applications, a pre-sift based on “You can communicate clearly and effectively, both written and verbally” will be conducted before the sift. The panel will be conducting a sift on the following criteria from the Person Specification above:

£34,140 - £42,019
The national salary range is £34,140 - £37,105, London salary range is £38,661- £42,019 Your salary will be dependent on your base location
A Civil Service Pension with an employer contribution of 28.97%
GBP, + 37 hours per week and flexible working options including working from home, working part-time, job sharing, or working compressed hours.
