Join the dynamic and friendly UHS Digital team as a Delivery Services Lead specialising in Business Analysis, where you'll play a key role in shaping the future of digital services within our Trust.
In this role, you will plan and support the delivery of digital projects, working closely with clinical, administrative and technical teams to define user needs and ensure that digital solutions meet these requirements. You will manage business analysis delivery across the Digital Project Management Office (DPMO), developing and maintaining high standards and processes.
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with strong leadership skills who can bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders. If you are skilled at defining user needs, developing business processes, and coordinating user acceptance testing, and have a passion for driving digital transformation, we would love to hear from you., The role holder will manage business analysis resources to support the delivery of new digital services across UHS and will be responsible for:
+ Line Management - Act as line manager for junior team members (including Junior Business Analyst). Provide day to day management of the team's workload, deal with a range of HR issue (discipline, leave, appraisal) and provide professional development and training for junior business analysts.
+ Policy and Standards- Set policy and standard for digital business analysis products within Informatics and work with other teams to align standards (Transformation Team).
+ Business Modelling- Develop models of current ("as is") and future ("to be") processes across the hospital to support development of digital services. Analysing and formalising the business requirements in sufficient detail so that digital teams have a full understanding of the scope of requirements, enabling system design to be undertaken.
+ User needs- Working across different departments within the hospital (clinical, administrative, technical and patients) to identify and develop user needs for digital services. Ensure that user needs shape the scope of digital projects at the feasibility / business case stage. These user needs will be in the form of user stories, functional and non-functional requirements feeding both internal development projects (user stories) and external system procurement projects (user / system requirements).
+ Business process testing - Develop user acceptance testing cases to validate proposed digital solutions against future business processes and user needs. Coordinate cross functional user groups to support this user acceptance testing
