Delivery Suite Manager

We are looking for an experienced midwife to provide inspirational leadership and management for our Delivery Suite, based in our Women's Hospital. This is a substantive permanent position. The successful candidate will be part of our dynamic Intrapartum Care Team, and able to support the Matron. They will be part of managing the clinical front facing team, the daily operational issues to ensure safe and outstanding care for women in the intrapartum period. This extends from, Delivery Suite and our Induction Suite, and cross cover for the Birth Centre manager. There will be very close relationships with our dependent services at all stages of the pregnancy and with our Neonatal Unit, our children's specialty services at our Children's Hospital and our Hub and Spoke centers. Outstanding communication skill is required to ensure good working relationships with a wide-ranging multidisciplinary team and families.
