Full Job Description

We're looking for an adaptable and collaborative leader to join us as a Delivery Support Lead (DSL). In this key role, you'll work closely with our Insight Lead helping to ensure our operational maintenance plans are successfully delivered. You'll play a pivotal part in fostering strong relationships with our operational teams, supporting their work on the ground and reducing operational risk.,

  • Analysing data to initiate both reactive investigations and proactive maintenance for our pumping stations.
  • Supporting the programming and delivery of annual bathing water checks and wet well cleaning.
  • Using fixed condition monitoring and oil analysis data to plan and react to ensure asset health and performance.
  • Collaborating with local operational teams to address environmental and operational challenges like pollution, flooding, and customer concerns.
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance and efficient scheduling.
  • Providing expert support to Operational Managers, Operational Support Managers (OSM's), and Technicians to ensure productivity and the smooth adoption of new processes
