Full Job Description

As Demand and Governance Lead you will work from the UK market, but also support the wider European market across multiple accountabilities. This role will allow you to leverage your high attention to detail and passion to achieve.

  • You will manage large Capex and Opex budgets to ensure control and documentation throughout.
  • You will lead on the annual budget cycle, Network Evolution Plan and Long Range Planning tracking for the UK whilst overseeing all other market plans.
  • You will lead 'Demand Management' across the function by guiding and influencing senior stakeholders and clearly defining the landscape, scope, timeline and impact.
  • You will lead on 'Cultural Change' reviewing survey results and developing and executing action plans.
  • You will lead on Governance for the UK, including capacity tracking, budgets, business cases, delivery & budget change boards and team huddles.
  • You will lead the functions operational reviews covering metrics, project performance, budge execution, reports and vacancies for all markets.

    You will have experience in a previous governance/project or planning role
  • You will be self-driven with the ability to work proactively and often independently to drive results for not only the UK market, but also Europe.
  • You will be comfortable managing large budgets.
  • You will have strong leadership and influencing skills, with a comfortability of working with senior leaders
  • You will be capable of working across virtual teams in a cross-cultural environment
  • You will be comfortable managing multiple workloads to drive solutions and results
