Full Job Description

We are looking for a Dementia Manager who will impart knowledge to staff teams to understand and manage risk and informed decision-making for our beneficiaries. You will ensure the positive wellbeing of beneficiaries living with dementia so they can achieve their aspirations and meaningful outcomes. You will work with the staff team to deliver safe, therapeutically effective and person-centred care of the highest quality.

You will support the Deputy Manager to provide the service within the regulatory framework of the Care Act 2014, current CQC regulatory requirements and fundamental standards through which The Royal British Legion is accountable., Please note we're not responsible for the content of job ads, as they're posted by the recruiter. We are looking for a Registered Nurse or experienced Social Care Manager with an emphasis on Dementia care and qualified with a Level 4 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent. Experience of working in a Care Home with older people living with dementia or providing community support services to individuals living with dementia and their families is essential
