The responsibilities of the Demi Chef de Partie are:
• Preparation of all food items on the restaurant menu during service
• Dinner mise-en-place, Please note the working hours for this role are 7 shifts a week across 5 days (Tuesday-Saturday). Sunday and Monday always off!

• Previous experience in a similar position is essential.
