Dental Nurse

The Dental Nurse is responsible for providing essential support to the dentist and dental team, ensuring a smooth and efficient dental experience for patients. Responsibilities

• Patient Care:
+ Prepare patients for dental procedures. + Assist the dentist during dental examinations and treatments. + Provide post-procedure care and instructions to patients. + Ensure patient comfort and safety.
• Dental Equipment and Supplies:
+ Set up and sterilize dental equipment and instruments. + Maintain dental inventory and supplies. + Ensure the proper functioning of dental equipment.
• Infection Control:
+ Follow strict infection control protocols to maintain a safe and hygienic environment. + Properly dispose of biohazardous waste.
• Administrative Tasks:
+ Maintain patient records and charts. + Schedule appointments and manage patient flow. + Answer phone calls and provide information to patients.
• Teamwork:
+ Collaborate with the dentist and other dental staff to provide efficient and quality care. + Assist with training new dental staff members.


• Dental assisting certification or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience in a dental office preferred
