Full Job Description

candidates that have the skills necessary to support the multi professional team in facilitating excellent patient care throughout the Endoscopy day surgery environment, with a specific interest in Endoscopy or Recovery. The variety of work carried out offers vast learning opportunities and having a flexible approach enables continuous personal and professional development prospects. You will also be part of the Endoscopy nurse 24 / 7 rostered on-call service, supporting the Endoscopists out of hours both in the week and weekend for urgent and emergency endoscopy procedures. Additional working pattern details : Long day shift pattern, 07 : 30-20 : 00 hours, 3 / 4 days per week Monday-Friday.

  • Working in the Endoscopy procedure Rooms
  • Admitting and Discharging patient pre and post procedure
  • Working in Second Stage Recovery caring for post Endoscopy and Theatre Day case patients
  • Emergency on call Rota
  • Supporting Junior Staff / students
