About Us: Eden Dental Studio a 9 surgeries practice offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment with direct assistance from our practice manager and a team of qualified dental nurses.
Role Overview: As a Dental Practice Receptionist, you will play a critical role in providing excellent customer service to our patients. Your responsibilities will include managing appointment schedules, handling patient inquiries, and ensuring a smooth operation of the front desk., + Offer exceptional telephone etiquette.
+ Follow treatment plans for private dentists.
+ Schedule appropriate private treatment bookings.
+ Present finance options to patients.
+ Collaborate with private dentists to promote treatments.
+ Work with our digital marketing team to promote the practice.
+ Provide high-quality receptionist services to enhance efficiency and accuracy, saving the practice and dentists time and money.

Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a dental practice, exceptional communication skills, and strong attention to detail. You must be able to multitask, work well under pressure, and always maintain a positive and professional attitude.
