- Manage the day-to-day operations of the dental practice
- Oversee financial management, including budgeting and financial reporting
- Supervise staff members and provide leadership and guidance
- Handle human resources duties such as recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and dental best practices
Previous experience in a dental setting is essential - Proven ability to manage a team effectively

Salary is dependant on experience between £26k and £30k. - Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
