Full Job Description
You will co-ordinate the logistics and administration of the training sessions, supporting our data trainers, ambassadors and our successful development programmes.
- You will support the pre and post training activities, such as surveys, feedback, handouts and queries from our learners.
- You will coordinate our learning sessions, managing to ensure we have the right trainers, a clear timetable and rooms and resources available to provide a great learning experience.
- You will pick up ad-hoc tasks across the department and wider team to support the efficient running of our operations.
Experience in managing multiple projects or deadlines with great organisational skills. - Strong skills in Microsoft Office and ideally be confident in utilising excel, email, teams and viva engage.
- Excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive, flexible and customer-oriented attitude.
- A keen eye to improving processes and driving efficiency to provide a great service to our customers.
