Full Job Description

Looking to broaden your admin experience? In this position, based in the department hub, you will support senior academic staff and a variety of departmental activities, committees and events. This is a great opportunity for those looking to develop their skills and expand their administrative experience and knowledge further! The key tasks will be:

  • providing administrative support for a number of Departmental activities and senior academic staff,
  • playing a key role in our undergraduate admissions process,
  • close liaison with the staff within the Department, Faculty-based teams, Central Professional Services, external organisations, and members of the public.
  • Training will be provided, and the successful candidate will have access to University of Bath professional development opportunities. This role is customer-facing and the expectation is that the successful candidate will work on campus for the majority of the time.     To succeed in the role, you will have experience of working in a busy office environment where excellent interpersonal skills are crucial. Ideally, you will also:
