Luxury department store, Harvey Nichols, is searching for a new Department Manager to join our thriving Birmingham Store. Our culture is based on inclusivity; we embrace diversity. As the new Department Manager, you will work 37.5 hours a week in our Birmingham store., As Department Manager, you will be leading a team of Sales Consultants to help them make our customers fashion dreams a reality, providing a fun and enjoyable 5

  • experience. You will work closely with your team, helping them to be the best they can be. You will:
  • Be the best manager you can to your team and provide ongoing training and coaching for them
  • Be devoted to our customers by providing the highest possible standards of customer service both face to face and via the telephone or email
  • Show we are obsessed with style by maintaining a high standard of presentation and merchandising of products in your department
  • Be the person who can handle all our customers queries
  • Be the go to person with a high level of product knowledge and share your opinions on current and future trends
  • Work closely with your team and celebrate fabulousness wherever you see it
  • Flexibility is a must; customer service can't wait during weekends and evenings!
