Your role, as a Depot Manager, will be to ensure your customers receive a brilliant service when using your depot. You will need to not only manage but also motivate your team to ensure that they are able to help meet depot targets. There will be plenty of opportunities for you to build on sales and profits, whilst also generating new customers. You will also need to make sure that the depot is running effectively, by managing stock, properly utilising your vehicles and making sure all employees have completed the mandatory training to make sure it is a safe place to work.

+ Ensuring your customers receive brilliant customer service
+ Managing your team well to get the best out of each person
+ Building on depot sales and profits
+ Having overall accountability for making sure that the depot maintains high operating standards
+ Training your team, and ensuring their product knowledge is relevant and up to date
+ Managing your stock effectively and properly utilising your vehicles
+ Ensuring all mandatory training is completed and your depot is a safe place to work
+ Manging and co-ordinating the depot stocktake twice a year
