Deputy Care Home Manager

## Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Deputy Manager to join our team in overseeing the day-to-day operations of a care home. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dementia care and nursing, with a passion for providing high-quality care to residents. ## Duties - Supervise and support care staff in delivering person-centred care - Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual resident needs - Ensure compliance with regulatory standards within a nursing home or assisted living environment - Assist in the management of the care home, including administrative tasks and staff rotas - Provide leadership and guidance to the care team to maintain high standards of care ## Skills - Experience in dementia care and nursing within a care home setting - Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate staff effectively - Knowledge of developing and implementing care plans for residents - Excellent communication skills to liaise with
residents, families, and healthcare professionals - A compassionate and caring approach to providing support to residents in a home care setting

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Temp to perm

Pay: £33,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
