Full Job Description
- Assist the Home Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the home.
- Ensure that high-quality care is provided to all residents, in line with regulatory standards.
- Support staff members in their roles and provide guidance and training as needed.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans for residents.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively.
