Full Job Description

The two Deputy Chief Nursing Officer roles will lead distinct portfolio areas: 1. Quality, safety, resilience, patient safety and improvement, and infection, prevention and control. 2. Children and young people programme, productivity, sustainability and innovation, and digital. This is an exciting time to join the NHS England national nursing directorate as the 10-year Health Plan is developed and implement. You will also be uniquely placed to shape the future professional strategy for nursing and midwifery.
