Full Job Description
The Deputy CNO role will provide highly visible professional leadership, that supports, nurtures anddevelops nursing teams within the clinical care groups and backbone services.
TheDeputy CNOwill have responsibility for setting, maintaining and monitoring standards of nursing care within the organisation. They will work with the senior leadership team to ensure delivery of the Trust strategic objectives and Promises, as set out in the Quality and Safety Plan.
TheDeputy CNOwill work directly to the Trust CNO and deputise at a local, regional and National level as required. The Deputy CNO will be accountable for providing professional leadership, guidance, advice and support to nurses within the care group and to members of the multi-disciplinary team.
