DEPUTY CURRICULUM LEADER: ENGLISH (TLR 2B)

(FULL TIME, PERMENANT)

REQUIRED FOR APRIL 2025 OR SOONER

We are looking for a Deputy Curriculum Leader to support the Curriculum Leader of English to assist in leading the effective, skilled team and to teach KS3, GCSE and A level in English Literature or Language. The successful candidate will possess the skills and attributes needed to successfully support and challenge the English team. We've also continued to adapt our behaviour policy with the motto 'Our Way...By Design' showing that shared values, defined habits, consistent routines and clear boundaries are the bedrock of a successful school. We strive to align our practice, rooted in good sense and educational knowledge. Another thing about us: we're not in to quick fixes or superficial tweaks; we're in it for sustainable excellence. Our vision outlines an ongoing process of continuous improvement and an adaptive, restless drive for the implementation of best practice grounded in educational research.
