Your skill set will be a 1st or 2nd level nurse registered with the NMC with either formal renal nursing qualification or substantial Haemodialysis experience. Additionally, you will also have experience of managing others, counselling patients and understanding the role of the Care Quality Commission.
Lytham St Annes/Clifton Dialysis Unit operates 24 haemodialysis stations, serving up to 112 patients, in partnership with Royal Preston Hospitals NHS Trust using only the latest equipment. Nursing is planned at a ratio of 1:4 patients, and you will be supported by HCA's on each shift., Who is Fresenius Medical Care? This post is eligible for a Welcome Bonus of £2,500
- (taxable) for successful candidates, split into 2 instalments, one at passing probation (6 months) and the next at 18 months in post (pro rata if applicable). Alternatively we can offer relocation packages for those looking to relocate to Bath and the surrounding areas, This is a full time role of 37.5 hours a week. Current days are working various shifts between 6.30am to 11.00pm Monday/Wednesday/Friday and 6.30am to 6.00pm Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday. What can we offer you?
