Full Job Description
The post holder will mainly be based St Peter's Hospital to fulfil role which will include but not limited to:
- Work in support of the Clinical Site Nurse Practitioners (CSNP) in providing support to areas across the hospital through good leadership, management and clinical skills.
- Support the CSNPs by providing expanded clinical skills to ensure the provision of safe and effective patient care. Act as a first point of contact for ward staff on clinical issues out of hours.
- Support the CSNPs in delivering capacity management and patient flow within the hospital.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the Hospital at Night team to provide a comprehensive service., Role model organizational values: Lead with behaviour that fosters dignity, respect, and inclusion.
- Compliance with organisational guidelines: Honest dealings with colleagues, patients, and suppliers; adherence to financial and operational protocols.
- Avoid conflicts of interest: Ensure personal behaviour aligns with trust duties and responsibilities.
- Safety and legal compliance: Uphold laws and regulations regarding health, safety, employment, and finance.
- Quality monitoring: Maintain performance standards and ensure work meets required criteria.
- Support departmental tasks: Assist in various duties within job scope.

- Strategic alignment: Work towards achieving trust's strategic goals.
- Participation in review processes: Engage in one-to-one meetings and performance appraisals.
- Personal and professional development: Take ownership of learning and staying updated.
- Diversity and inclusion advocacy: Support implementation of trust's diversity and inclusion strategy.
- Additional duties: Fulfil responsibilities as appropriate for role and status.
