An exciting opportunity has arisen for a job share partner with the current Deputy Director, CAMHS Community Services; commencing in April 2025, there is flexibility around how the exact hours and work schedules will combine to cover the role., In this role,you will take day to day responsibility for the operational running of the services, providing exemplary leadership to staff and ensuring national and local targets are achieved and exceeded whilst ensuring our services meet the diverse needs of the population that we serve.

You will be responsible for the operational day to day planning, monitoring and delivery of patient services within the directorate, in addition to financial performance and strategic responsibility for their development. Your role will help drive transformation as well as value for money in planning and commissioning services. You will contribute to the development and implementation of the Directorate and Trust service strategy, focusing on delivering targets and service improvements that will enhance patient care, improve the patient pathway, enhance the quality of service delivery and deliver performance targets whilst identifying potential efficiencies.

You will be a motivated leader, who will have operational leadership for CAMHS services and community teams. We are looking for exceptional candidates with significant service-level general management experience at 8b or 8c and the ability to manage a busy operational role whilst undertaking Trust-wide projects, service delivery and performance responsibilities. We work closely with the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology and Neuroscience (IoPPN), King's College London and are part of King's Health Partners Academic Health Sciences Centre.
