Full Job Description

As the Deputy Director of Infrastructure and Operations, you will play a pivotal role in delivering Infrastructure and Operations Services that support a wide range of stakeholders, including students, staff, and alumni. Your leadership will focus on ensuring an exceptional total experience for all, while aligning operational strategies with the RCA's strategic priorities.
This senior leadership role will require close collaboration with RCA's executive team to develop and maintain a future-focused strategy for the Infrastructure and Operations function. You will ensure the department's structure, capabilities, and processes evolve to meet the College's needs in a rapidly changing technological landscape.

1. Demonstrable ability to direct, manage, and motivate technology staff and teams within a high-profile organisation, including experience in recruitment, appraisal, and performance management.
2. Proven ability to translate business needs and outcomes into technical solutions, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
3. A track record of delivering and developing standard and complete Infrastructure and Operations services to organisations.
4. Proven understanding of current and legacy technology architectures and systems integration.
