So why not make 2022 your best and next career move joining our senior leadership team us as Deputy Director of Nursing for our group of four hospitals;Wythenshawe, Trafford, Altrincham and Withington., We're seeking a passionate and inspired individual to be responsible for the day to day professional leadership of Nursing. Reporting to the WTWA Director of Nursing, this is an exciting secondment opportunity for you to help drive change, empower senior nurses to develop and utilise clinical leadership skills, ensuring they have appropriate levels of authority to undertake their role effectively and fulfil their accountabilities. It's an extremely rewarding role, working with the wider multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement new models of care to ensure that patients and families are able to receive the best care possible, supporting the move from hospital to the community setting.

Resilient and ambitious with a wealth of experience working as a senior nurse within an Acute Trust, you'll be eager for this new challenge. With an empowering leadership style and evidence of effectively managing change, you'll be focused to drive and improve performance within others and throughout WTWA. You'll be an innovative thinker with a passion for contributing to research and be able to successfully drive a compassionate style of leadership behaviour and culture.
