Reporting to the WTWA Director of Nursing, this is an exciting secondment opportunity for you to help drive change, empower senior nurses to develop and utilise clinical leadership skills, ensuring they have appropriate levels of authority to undertake their role effectively and fulfil their accountabilities. It's an extremely rewarding role, working with the wider multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement new models of care to ensure that patients and families are able to receive the best care possible, supporting the move from hospital to the community setting.

With an empowering leadership style and evidence of effectively managing change, you'll be focused to drive and improve performance within others and throughout WTWA.
