Full Job Description
The Deputy Head of Workforce will work in close partnership with the Divisional Heads of Workforce and Divisional and Corporate colleagues. This critical role is responsible for supporting the development, implementation and evaluation of people plans and strategies at Divisional and service level, bringing in best practice solutions to achieve service goals and organisational objectives. The postholder will support the Divisional Heads of Workforce in analysing all sources of data to identify hotspots in their Divisions and will use workforce information reports to drive change and report progress highlighting mitigations and interventions to improve performance against key performance indicators (KPIs)

We would welcome applications from candidates who have previous HR business partnering or consultant experience along with demonstrable experience of working on various initiatives in their role that support the achievement of Trust Key Performance Indicators.,

This role is evaluated at Band 8A but we would consider a link grade role from Band 7 to 8A for some-one who wishes to gain the experience against a set of key competencies and transition into this role.
