Full Job Description

As Deputy Divisional Manager for Interventional and Inpatient Care in the £280m turnover Queen Square Division within the Specialist Hospitals Board of UCLH, you will work with a high performing team to ensure high quality, efficient, timely and patient-focused clinical services. With a track-record of delivery of demanding agendas, you will lead your team in providing exceptional management support. The role covers a range of specialities including neuroradiolology, neurosurgery, Neuro-oncology and private patients, Stroke, Therapies and Rehab, Pain, Critical Care and Theatres. The post is responsible for around 1,000 posts, with a budget of over £90m and will ensure the operational smooth-running of these highly complex and diverse services. As well as this, the role has oversight of a range of capital and service developments including our private patient service growth, neuroradiology reconfiguration and mechanical thrombectomy service development. The post holder will have designated responsibility for the strategic and operational management across their designated services and direct responsibility for delivery of services in line with budget.
