Deputy Faculty Leader of Art, Design & Technology

We are looking to appoint an experienced, dynamic, enthusiastic, and highly skilled leader of DT, capable of planning and delivering a high-quality curriculum at both KS3 and KS4, in line with the subject and faculty intent and HQL.

Monitor and track student progress across KS3 and KS4

Ensure all schemes of learning are in place and reviewed in line with the faculty and school expectations

Lead and support members of the department in line with performance management criteria

Ensure all resources are ordered and administration complete to ensure effective delivery of the curriculum

Organise and administer the moderation of KS4 & KS5 NEA, in line with the expectations from the exam board
