Are you ready to take on a high-impact leadership role in a fast-paced healthcare environment? Chelsea and Westminster Hospital Foundation Trust is seeking an energetic and forward-thinking Deputy General Manager to join our Acute & Emergency Medicine team. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth delivery of services across two busy sites, supporting the General Manager while being backed by a talented team of dedicated service managers. Job Overview: As Deputy General Manager, you will be a key driver of operational excellence. Working closely with the General Manager, you'll help lead the delivery of high-quality, patient centred care, improve service performance, and manage day-to-day operations across our Acute and Emergency services. Supported by a strong and capable team, you'll oversee patient flow, resource management, and lead improvement programmes across our busy front line services.,
