Full Job Description
As Deputy General Manager, you will be a key driver of operational excellence. The post holder will have responsibility with key stakeholders for the development and provision of anaesthetic and pain services across the Trust. The post holder will report to the General Manager and will provide appropriate support to the General Manager and the Clinical Director in the delivery of all operational functions in the directorate. A specific requirement of this post is to work alongside the Heads of Specialty in anaesthesia, the clinical anaesthetic rota coordinators and lead the business management team in anaesthesia and pain. The role is expected to work alongside specialty colleagues to support optimum theatre efficiency.
