An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, motivated and positive individual to join the Governance Team within the Division of Medicine, Diagnostics and Clinical Support as a Deputy Governance, Quality and Safety Improvement Facilitator.
You will work closely with the Division's Governance, Quality and Safety Improvement Facilitator and Senior Management Teams across all divisional specialities to support a governance programme to include patient quality of care, safety and experience., The post holder will be an integral part of the Divisional Governance team working closely with the Lead Nurses, Matrons, Divisional Operational Managers/Director and Governance, Quality and Safety Improvement Facilitator.
The post-holder will coordinate divisional governance activity in collaboration with the divisional business teams, in response to governance data and information outcomes supporting the development of new governance processes and implementation of changes in practice within clinical governance settings.
The successful candidate will be confident, able to work independently as well as part of a team and possess advanced personnel management and organisational skills, have the ability to work under their own initiative and prioritise a competing workload., The James Paget University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust recognises the requirement to promote health and reduce ill-health.
