Full Job Description

Christ's Hospital is seeking an outstanding educationalist to take on this exciting role as joint Deputy Head at this major co-ed boarding school, recently awarded Independent School of the Year 2024/25, starting in September 2025.

The successful applicant will have strong academic and intellectual credentials and be able to work well within a team. An understanding of the academic picture in independent schools is a key requirement. They will be able to teach at least one curriculum subject from any discipline taught at the school.

They will have a broad educational experience as a leader at middle or senior management level. They will also be a strategic thinker, a confident communicator with excellent people skills with the drive and vision needed to complement the Senior Leadership Team.
