As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, reporting directly to the Head, the successful candidate will be encouraged to think outside the box and implement new initiatives. They will be expected to provide inspirational leadership of the Senior School academic staff, setting demanding standards and having high expectations of colleagues and students alike. The Deputy Head (Academic) will play a leading role in raising Westonbirt's academic profile both nationally and internationally, supporting the recruitment and retention of pupils.
