Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives
Manage and coordinate suppliers and all event logistics with the business and between departments
To ensure the events team delivers the highest levels of service to all guests.
Coordinate suppliers, handle client queries and troubleshoot on the day of the event to ensure that all runs smoothly and
To handle guest requests, enquires complaints, and communicate accordingly.
Collate & manage competitor analysis for all areas.
To ensure all events & bespoke bookings are well documented and communicated within the relevant departments.
To provide accurate and detailed reports to all relevant stakeholders
Processing & recording feedback for the restaurants / shop teams.
Research opportunities for new clients and events.
Prepare budgets and ensure adherenc
