Full Job Description

As a member and a leader of our maths faculty you will play a key role in supporting the development of our curriculum. We have a bold vision for our maths curriculum; we want our students to become outstanding problem solvers, equipped with the numeracy and reasoning skills to be successful at and beyond year 11. Our results have rapidly improved since 2019 due to a sharp focus on our curriculum and we are keen to build upon our success to be bolder and more ambitious with what our students can achieve. We are looking for a teacher and leader who can be part of shaping this journey. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative and dedicated team as one of its leaders. As the successful candidate you must be able to demonstrate creativity as well as a strong subject knowledge and the ability to motivate students. You must be proactive and determined about developing and maintaining high standards of teaching and learning with a focus on a specific Key Stage which will be determined by the strengths, experience and interests of the candidates.
