Full Job Description
As a senior professional, the post holder will work as part of a dynamic Patient Safety and Quality Improvement (PS&Q) team at corporate level across the organisation with considerable freedom to act. The team is responsible for the design, management and delivery of the Quality, Safety and Improvement Framework and other emerging priorities in order to deliver the highest standards of patient care and excellent patient experience., The post holder will play a leading role inco-ordinating the response to Healthcare Inspectorate Wales inspections, supporting clinical and management teams.
The post holder will also support the team's portfolio of work, including learning from mortality and the medical examiner service, falls prevention and management, analysis of safety and quality information, and other priority areas.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
