Full Job Description

The post holder will be responsible for providing operational and project leadership to the Head of Volunteering. Leading on the project delivery and expansion of volunteer services across the NCA., The main duties include:

Leading and driving projects within the NCA Volunteer team.

Providing visible leadership and day-to-day management of the volunteer services team.

Support the Head of Volunteering to implement and deliver the new volunteer strategy.

You will have experience of managing large teams as well as knowing how to support, motivate and encourage them.
