The Deputy Head (Pastoral) will join the Senior Leadership Team to play a key role in the future development of this flourishing girls' school. Godolphin and Latymer is known for the strength of its pastoral care, and this is an exciting opportunity to lead and shape the pastoral direction of the school and to strengthen the provision further. The successful candidate is likely to have previous experience of senior leadership and will have the confidence and imagination to oversee all elements of pastoral education within the School, including responsibility for the provision of a high quality, stimulating and stretching pastoral curriculum.
