The Trust Board of The Blue Coat School is seeking a dynamic leader to join and strengthen the senior leadership team and bring fresh approaches and ideas to inspire staff and students to continually develop.

We are looking for an inspiring and versatile individual who will play a pivotal role in shaping our students' development, behaviour, welfare and overall quality of education.
As a Deputy Headteacher you will lead on either personal development, behaviour and welfare or quality of education. You will inspire and support staff in promoting a positive school culture, driving student success and maintaining high standards of academic and personal growth. You will oversee and implement initiatives that promote exemplary behaviour, wellbeing and safety, ensuring a positive and inclusive environment for all students.
