Full Job Description
- Curriculum leadership, with a focus on English and Maths
- Enhance our GDS results through strategic initiatives.
- Training and CPD lead, responsible for the professional development of our dedicated staff
- ECT Mentor, supporting the induction and growth of early career teachers
- Data analysis and intervention planning to ensure the progress and attainment of all pupils
- Non-class based 3 days per week, with 2 days spent teaching in Key Stage 2
- Have a strong grasp of educational standards and a commitment to improving student outcomes
- Support the school in raising funds through innovative ideas and specialised subject knowledge
The Headteacher and governors are looking to appoint an exceptional and ambitious individual to join our senior leadership team as the Full-Time Deputy Headteacher. This is a unique opportunity for a talented educator with a passion for driving school improvement and a desire to help our school achieve an 'Outstanding' Ofsted rating., Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent - Proven experience in a senior leadership role or in school improvement
- Excellent knowledge of the primary curriculum and assessment frameworks
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff and pupils
- A commitment to continuous professional development and a passion for school improvement Desirable Qualities:
- Experience in leading curriculum development and implementation
- Expertise in data analysis and using data to inform decision-making
- Successful track record of mentoring and supporting early career teachers
- Ability to work collaboratively with the wider school community, including parents and governors, Wonderful, confident, and motivated children who are proud of their school
