- Collaborate with the Home Manager in overseeing the management of the residential care home, ensuring its effective and efficient operation.
- Provide strong leadership by supervising and guiding care staff, fostering a supportive and collaborative team environment.
- Customize and oversee the implementation of care plans, placing emphasis on each resident's well-being and independence.
