We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Deputy Home Manager to join our client's residential care home, which specialises in providing exceptional care for individuals with autism.   • As the Deputy Home Manager, you will have the opportunity to:
  • Collaborate with the Home Manager in overseeing the management of the residential care home, ensuring its effective and efficient operation.
  • Provide strong leadership by supervising and guiding care staff, fostering a supportive and collaborative team environment.
  • Customize and oversee the implementation of care plans, placing emphasis on each resident's well-being and independence.
  • Engage with external professionals, families, and stakeholders to advocate for the best interests of the residents, ensuring a holistic approach to care.

    Level 3 in Health and Social Care or above, showcasing a solid foundation in care practices and expertise in supporting individuals with autism.
  • Demonstrable previous experience in a senior role within a residential care setting, specifically with individuals with autism, reflecting a profound understanding of their unique needs.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration and team management within a compassionate and empathetic environment.
  • A person-centred approach with a genuine passion for working with individuals with autism, demonstrating empathy and dedication to enhancing their quality of life.
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices in residential care, ensuring compliance and the delivery of high-quality care.
